Pierre-Henri d'Ornano

Labour and Social Security Law

An attorney practising at the Paris Bar, since 1999 Pierre-Henri d'Ornano has been advising French and foreign companies on all aspects of labour and social security law, particularly as pertains to acquisitions, the restructuring of companies and collective bargaining agreements.

In litigation, he assists companies and their officers in disputes before civil and criminal courts. He also gives lectures to future law practitioners at the University of Paris II Assas, and has published numerous articles on labour law.
