Transparency and control of costs

Our firm has implemented a transparent policy with regard to our fees, enabling our clients to control the cost involved in handling a case. Our services are subject to an engagement letter, specifically detailing our proposed course of action and our payment terms.

Depending on the case, we are able to provide a flat-fee or an hourly rate for our services. In the latter case, the invoice may be subject to:

• A ceiling price;
• Payment in instalments;
• A fee based on success or the result.
